File Tab<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2. Ribbon<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3. Title bar<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">4. Ruler<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5. Vertical bar in the window is insertion point and represents a location where texr will appear when you type. Keep cursor at text insertion point and start typing your text. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">You don\u2019t need to press Enter for starting new line. The word will automatically start from new line as insertion point reaches end of line. And, to add more spaces b\/w words, use the Tab key instead of space bar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Moving around &#8211; <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">There are many ways you can use to move around Word Document: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">~ Moving with mouse<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">~ Moving with scroll bar<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">~ Moving with keyboard<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">~ Moving with Go to command<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Saving, opening and closing document &#8211; <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Here, I will discuss the ways to save, open and close your documents: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Saving Document<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Click File&gt;Save <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">or, File&gt;Save As<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">And, afterwards, select folder where you want to save the document, enter file name and select Save As. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Opening Document<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Click File tab&gt;New<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">When you select New, you will be displayed with list of templates. Double click black document. This is first option in list of templates. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">To open existing document, Click File&gt;Open option<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Closing Document<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Click File&gt;Close option<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Calling up Help &#8211; <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Microsoft Word provides various methods for calling up Help when you need it.
